Chef Michael's featured products range from Hudson Valley foie gras and Hobbs applewood smoked
meats, cured hams, sausages, and prosciutto to Serrano hams; Marcel et Henry pates, terrines, and
fine sausages; and Fra' Mani fine Italian meats. Also featured are fresh wild mushrooms in
season, cultivated fresh or dried mushrooms, truffles, spices, sea salts from four different
continents, select Italian and Spanish vinegars, and quality extra virgin olive oils.
